The ApplicantExtra recruitment database system is built around three main sections - Clients, Vacancies and Candidates. In support of these are Diary and Auto Mailer features.
Using Web Browser technology to deliver the information to the screen, the recruitment agency user can navigate around the various areas using standard hyperlinks and menu selections. All sections are interlinked and the ApplicantExtra recruitment database is designed for by-directionally so that actions can be performed from either the candidate or the vacancies perspective allowing more flexibility when needs change.
Advanced and highly configurable searching features are available as standard for those users with a strict criteria to meet in the selection of candidates, or simple freetext CV search can be used to obtain a quick shortlist of candidates that meet broader requirements. In addition these searches can be combined to give more accurate candidate results.
Searching is available to find a vacancy to candidate match or candidate to vacancy. Speculative and ad hoc searching is also provided.
ApplicantExtra has all the features needed for a modern recruitment agency that wants to concentrate its resources on developing business rather than a large administrative overhead.
Any recruitment database that operates in isolotion is of limited use therefore ApplicantExtra has the ability to post vacancies to your own website and various job advertising sites via native programs and Broadbean technology, there is also an in built ATS (Applicant Tracking System) that allows you to recieve applicants into the system from your web page registration forms.
