Unlike many SaaS* applications, ApplicantExtraTM online recruitment software can integrate closely with MS Word which allows us to implement in-place document editing. This means when you edit a document that is attached to a record in ApplicantExtraTM, any changes will be automatically uploaded back to the original record on the server. No more saving locally and re-uploading. In addition this feature allows us to keep a CV template with a branded header and footer on file so that you can easily create a client ready public CV from the original candidate CV.
