In the ApplicantExtra recruitment management system, everything has an events list, a place where all relevant actions and notes are stored and filtered. So if a candidate or contact is on the phone you can quickly log that conversation against either their record or one of their vacancies or one of their vacancies shortlist items. If you receive email from or send one to a contact or candidate you can quickly import that email into ApplicantExtra via our MS Outlook integration buttons and menu items.
All logging data is fully searchable and reportable.
